Q:  Do I need to schedule an appointment for my Mazda's routine maintenance?
A:  Scheduling for routine maintenance is not needed Monday - Friday before 4:00 pm.  Saturdays are by appointment only.  Click here to schedule an appointment online or call us at 866-940-4444.

Q:  Do you have a shuttle service?
A:  Yes!  We have a courtesy shuttle Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm within a 15 mile radius.  Low-cost rental cars are also available through Enterprise right on the premises. 

Q:  Do you have late night or early bird drop off?
A:  We do not have late night or early bird drop off at this time.  However, you can leave your car with a member of our sales team until 9:00 pm Monday - Friday.

Q:  The check engine light is on in my Mazda.  Should I be worried?
A:  No, you can bring your car in at your convenience but it is nothing to be alarmed about. However, if the light is blinking then have your car towed in as soon as possible. 

Q:  How long does it take to diagnose a Mazda check engine light?
A:  It usually takes less than one hour.


Q:  Is there a fee to diagnose my vehicle?
A:  Yes.  The fee is $49.95 but if you choose to complete the repair, the diagnosis fee is applied toward your bill. 

Q:  How long does a Mazda oil change and Mazda tire rotation take?
A:  It typically takes about one hour to complete an oil change and tire rotation.  You are welcome to wait in our lounge.

Q:  Do you still service Mitsubishi vehicles?
A:  Yes we do!  We have retained our factory-trained technicians and inventory of Mitsubishi parts.  However, if you require warranty work, please take your vehicle to an authorized Mitsubishi dealer.
